With over 30 years experience in golf, Zach’s passion for the game and helping golfers is unrivalled.
In his younger years, Zach competed to a high-level even representing Europe in the winning Junior Ryder Cup team (alongside Rory!).
Back in 2008 when Zach finished competing, he went on a mission to explore and understand the best training methods for golfers to improve golf performance and reduce the risk of injury.Zach is a world-leader in golf fitness, completing his PhD in 2018 and launching his online golf fitness app and company.

Home workouts - If you prefer to train at home, I can recommend any training equipment you may want to purchase to take your game and training to the next level. But this is optional.
