After purchase, you’ll be prompted to complete your consultation form so your program can be tailored to your preferences and goals.
You will also have the option to send a video of your golf swing - so you can be given mobility exercises to support your technical swing goals.

In his younger years, Zach competed to a high-level even representing Europe in the winning Junior Ryder Cup team (alongside Rory!).
Back in 2008 when Zach finished competing, he went on a mission to explore and understand the best training methods for golfers to improve golf performance and reduce the risk of injury.Zach is a world-leader in golf fitness, completing his PhD in 2018 and launching his online golf fitness app and company.

Yes. Our programs are suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities.
Our golf fitness training programmes are personalised, based on your current fitness levels, golf and training goals.
You can speak with Zach inside the app anytime to make changes to your training plan or for general guidance. -
As the programs are bespoke, your plan will be built around your preferences and the equipment available to you.
Program options: Gym, Home or both.
If you prefer to train at home, I can recommend any training equipment you may want to purchase to take your game and training to the next level. But this is optional. -
The training programmes are built specifically for you based on the following:
- Workout location: (Home, Gym or both)
- Training schedule: How many training sessions (per week)
- Training days: I will diarise your training in app with reminders
- Golf & Training Goals: Depending on your own goals your program will be customised to enable you to reach your specific goals.
- Nutrition Goals: I will give nutrition guidance (calorie goal, macros etc)
- Dietary preferences - Tailored meal plan -

The training sessions will take anywhere between 40-60minutes.
All sessions include a warm up (5-10mins) and a main session 35-45mins. You can shorten the workouts or focus on the separate mobility routines (10mins). -
The number of training sessions will depend on your goals and the time you have available.
Usually, between 2-4 sessions per week. These will be scheduled into a calendar for you and your program will progress and regularly update. -
Most of my clients use that time to either practice their golf or use the time for recovery and mobility sessions
