With a strong background in competitive golf and a deep passion for performance coaching, I specialise in helping golfers of all levels improve their physical and nutritional foundations for lasting results. Drawing on my own experience as a player in which I have represented Europe, GB & I and Wales, I understand first-hand the demands of the game and what it takes to perform consistently under pressure.

This programme is ideal for golfers of all levels — from beginners to competitive players — who want a personalised, structured approach to improving their performance, fitness, and nutrition.

You'll receive a full consultation, movement and swing assessment, injury history review, nutrition overview, and a clear goal-setting discussion to form the foundation of your bespoke plan.

All face to face session take place at our my gym in South Wales juts off the M4. If you are not able to travel to work with me face to face I do offer online sessions or the membership maybe a suitable option for you.

Typically, sessions are scheduled monthly depending on your goals and availability. Some golfers who require more frequent sessions attend weekly.

Please wear suitable clothing to workout (gym clothes) and bring any relevant materials such as swing videos, trackman notes previous training programmes, physio notes etc…
Note - you don’t need to bring any additional equipment.

If you cancel a 1-2-1 session within 24-hours you will be expected to pay in full.
